Burnham Swim and Sports Academy has announced a new partnership with Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade and Commerce, offering membership discounts to local businesses as part of a drive to strengthen community links.
Manager Rob Langley said the Academy is pleased to support the Chamber and is looking forward to welcoming more local business owners through its doors. He said the partnership is designed to encourage healthier lifestyles while helping to bring the business community closer together.
Any business that is a full member of the Chamber will now receive a discount on both full gym membership and swim membership at the Academy in Berrow Road, Burnham-On-Sea.
Burnham Swim and Sports Academy provides a fully equipped gym, swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, open swim sessions, lane swimming and Family Fun ’n’ Floats. A varied timetable of classes runs throughout the week, including Tai Chi, Pilates, indoor cycling, aqua deep, core and stretch and more.
The Academy is also part of the GP referral programme, supporting residents who have been advised by their doctor to take part in supervised exercise. Anyone interested in the scheme is encouraged to speak to their GP.
